The Basic Technician
Certificate in Information Technology is designed to provide foundational
skills in computer hardware, software installation, basic networking, and
troubleshooting. This certificate prepares students to handle routine IT
support tasks and maintain computer systems in various work environments.

certificate can work as:
- Computer Technician
- IT Support Assistant
- Hardware Maintenance Technician
- Network Support Assistant
- Help Desk Support
- Data Entry Operator
These roles are
available in companies, schools, government offices, and small businesses,
supporting their day-to-day IT operations and ensuring smooth technology use.
An
Ordinary Level secondary certificate with at least Four Passes in Non-
Religious Subjects or its equivalent established by NECTA based on
Tanzania Education system.

3 with at Least Two Passes (Two Dās) in Non-Religious subjects at Oā Level.
