Planning department of EASTC is the department responsible with formulating plans and policies that guide the daily operation of the Centre. The department also makes supervision of the implementation of the plans and policies to make sure that they become fruition and beneficial to the Centre and the government of Tanzania at large. The plans and policies formulated by the department are much more concerned with resource mobilization and proper utilization of the mobilized resources.
